Today I have the great pleasure of being the host on Day 1 of the Virtual Blog Tour of author Kimberly Coots whose book DIVINE WORTH – Break the Bonds of Unworthiness and Create the Life You Desire! launches on Amazon on Tuesday May 24, 2011.

Author Kimberly Ann Coots is a transformational life coach, business development coach and speaker. Her passion is to help shift humanity’s consciousness from fear, lack and separation, to love, connection and abundance. Through her coaching, courses, speaking and books, Kimberly is a guide to transforming unworthiness conditioning, stepping into your power and living a life you love. She is certified in many holistic and spiritual modalities. She has been ordained as a Spiritual Peace Minister by James Twyman, is a certified Reconnection Healer by Dr. Eric Pearl and is a Facilitator for the Seminary of Spiritual Peacemaking. As a successful business development specialist, Kimberly also helps entrepreneurs make a profit and a difference.

Yesterday, Kimberly visited Roy Martina at where they talked about looking internally rather than externally, forgiveness and beyond feeling the pain of truth.

Today, I’d like to share with you a recent interview I had with Kimberly when I got to ask her some questions on meaning of divine worth, finding one’s own worth and Kimberly’s inspiration for writing the book. I hope you enjoy it.

Andrew Mondia: What is the meaning of Divine Worth to you?

Kimberly Coots: The meaning of divine worth to me is that I’m already worthy to be, do, or have whatever I desire.  My worth is unconditional and I do not have to prove, defend or sacrifice anything to get it, as it not gained – it already exists within me.  When I embrace and claim my divine worthiness, I give myself permission to live authentically from my heart and enjoy the freedom of celebrating and loving my life because I know I was born worthy of living a life I love. I no longer seek for things outside of me to make me feel good enough or to get permission to be fulfilled and joyful. Aligned with my divine worth, I step into my true power and potential to experience, create, learn and grow while loving my life.

Andrew Mondia: What are some simple steps to finding one’s own worth?

Kimberly Coots: Two key steps to realizing your divine worth are in understanding what you really are, and why you’re here (purpose).  Many people relate who they are to their personality or ego.  The truth is, you are the divine essence of God (Creator, Universe or whatever you choose to call the energy of creation).  You are divine!

Knowing what gifts you are born to share, and sharing them with an open heart, are essential in claiming your worth and creating a joyful, fulfilling life – you feel a meaningful sense of purpose in sharing your gifts.

There are several exercises in the book to help you discover and connect with your gifts, and share them through your passions.

I also have four guided audio meditations from the book that can be downloaded for free at (don’t forget to sign up for the free tele-summit on May 17,18,19 while you’re visiting the site too).

Andrew Mondia: What inspired you to write this book?

Kimberly Coots: I have personally suffered from unworthiness for much of my life, and I see around me many people who also sabotage their happiness from this conditioning.  I’ve spent a great deal of time and energy healing this within myself, as well as becoming a certified expert in helping others.  Writing this book is me stepping out to share my gifts, and it brings me great joy and fulfilment to have the vision of empowering transformation I hope to inspire in others, so that they too can love the life they live!

I experienced abandonment, addiction, abuse, poverty and depression as a young teen, and the pain and worthlessness I felt from these experiences drove me to attempt suicide.  Through my journey from no longer wanting to live to now loving my life, I’ve discovered some amazing insights, tools and exercises to share.  Answering and inner calling, I began writing this book and it just flowed right through me.  It is born from divine inspiration, as well as the joy of sharing my gifts.
